We have a busy summer of 2022 house project work highlighted below.
As a follow up – On 4-23-2022 we had sprinkler pipe water damage resulting from a pipe burst in room 12.
Restoration work has been contracted out and is set to begin 6-27-2022.

* Individual ceilings in Rooms on 2nd and 3rd Floor
* Flooring restoration work
* Ceilings in laundry room
2022 Regular Scheduled Projects:
* Front of House Painting (started 6-10-2022)
* 3rd Floor bathroom New shower stalls (Ordered)
* Front of house gutter project
* Driveway runway paving project
